MARYLAND FRESH PEACH PIE

PEACH PIE RECIPES INGREDIENTS

7 ripe peaches
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 baked 9 inch pie shell
Whipped cream

PEACH PIE RECIPES INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and remove pits from 3 peaches. Dice into small pieces.

Add sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and water. Cook in saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and clear. Peel and pit remaining peaches, slice and toss slices with lemon juice. Place in pie shell. Pour cooled peach mixture over the peach slices. Chill. Serve the peach pie recipe with whipped cream...nice ! Enjoy with friends !

Peach Pie Recipe Ingredients:

* 1 baked and cooled 9-inch pie shell
* 1 quart vanilla ice cream
* 2 cups sliced fresh or frozen peaches
* 1/2 cup sweetened crushed raspberries, fresh or frozen

Peach Pie Recipe Instructions:
Spoon ice cream into cooled pastry shell; top with sliced peaches. Spoon crushed raspberries over the peaches. The peach sundae pie is ready to serve....nice !
