Peach Chiffon Pie

Peach Chiffon Pie...another great peach pie recipe to try ! Nice !

INGREDIENTS:

* 3/4 cup granulated sugar
* 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh peaches
* 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
* 1/4 cup cold water
* 1/2 cup boiling water
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
* 1 9-inch crumb crust

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add sugar to peaches and let stand for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, soften gelatin in cold water. Stir in boiling water. Cool. Add peaches, lemon juice, and salt. Chill until cooled and thickened; fold in whipped cream. Spoon into the crust and chill completely. The peach pie recipe is ready to serve. Enjoy it !
