INGREDIENTS
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 4 1/2 c. peeled and sliced peaches
- 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 tbsp. butter
Combine 3 tablespoons flour and white sugar in large bowl; add peaches and lemon juice. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour and pecans. Cut in butter until creamy. Sprinkle 1/3 pecan mixture over bottom of pie shell, cover with peach mixture. Sprinkle remaining pecan mixture over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until peaches are tender. The peach pie recipe is ready to serve ! Enjoy !
