FRESH PEACH PRALINE PIE ...a nice peach pie recipe to try ! Great taste !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 4 1/2 c. peeled and sliced peaches
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 tbsp. butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine 3 tablespoons flour and white sugar in large bowl; add peaches and lemon juice. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour and pecans. Cut in butter until creamy. Sprinkle 1/3 pecan mixture over bottom of pie shell, cover with peach mixture. Sprinkle remaining pecan mixture over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until peaches are tender. The peach pie recipe is ready to serve ! Enjoy !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. crushed fresh peaches
  • Fresh peaches, enough to fill pie crust
  • Baked pie crust
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil first 3 ingredients together for 2 minutes or until clear. Add 1 tablespoon butter then spoon over peaches in the pie crust. Refrigerate. The peach pie recipe is ready....great for parties !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 uncooked plain pie shell
  • Fresh peaches to fill shell (a little under ripe are best)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2-1 c. cream or evaporated milk (plain milk works too)
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
  • Slivered almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill pie shell with sliced peaches and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine remaining ingredients except for almonds and pour over the peaches. Sprinkle almonds on top.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes; then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes more.

  • 2 lb. cans peaches, drained
  • 1/3 c. sugar

  • 3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. heavy cream
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  • Whipped cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Arrange peach halves, cut side up in pie shell. Combine sugar, cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, salt, cream and vanilla. Pour over peaches in shell, sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until fruit is tender. Serve with whipped cream. This nice peach pie recipe is ready to serve.....hmm....delicious ! Enjoy the pie !
