PEACH PIE RECIPE WITH SOUR CREAM
Another great peach pie recipe to try...its great !

Peach Pie Recipe Ingredients:

* 3/4 cup sugar
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1 egg slightly beaten
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
* 2 cups sliced peaches
* 1 pie shell, 9-inch, unbaked

Topping:
* 1/3 cup sugar
* 1/3 cup flour
* 1/4 cup butter, softened
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Peach Pie Recipe Instructions:
Combine 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and salt; beat in sour cream, beaten egg, and vanilla. Add sliced peaches. Pour mixture into pie pastry. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 minutes longer. Remove from oven then increase heat to 400°.
Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over pie. Bake pie at 400° for 10 minutes longer. Then this peach pie recipe is ready for feast...nice taste ! Enjoy it !

* 3 1/2 cups sliced peaches
* pastry for 2-crust 9-inch pie
* 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
* 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* dash salt
* 1/4 cup butter
* 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Peach Pie Recipes Instructions
First of all place peaches in pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate. And then combine the brown sugar, flour, and salt in a saucepan. Next is to add butter. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice then pour over peaches. Make a lattice-style top crust. Bake at 425° for 25 to 35
minutes.
*To make a lattice top crust, cut dough into 1/2-inch-wide strips. Arrange dough strips across
top of filling. Form the lattice by arranging more dough strips at right angle to first set of dough
strips, weaving the strips if you wish. Trim dough strips even with the overhang on bottom crust. Tuck ends of dough strips and overhang under; press to seal. Crimp edges.

  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 3 1/2 c. thawed whipped topping, baked and cooled 9 inch pie shell
  • 2 med. peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla or lemon pudding
  • 1 c. cold milk
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
PEACH PIE RECIPES INSTRUCTIONS
First of all beat cheese until smooth; blend in sugar and 2 tablespoons milk. And then fold in 2 cups whipped topping and spread in crust. Next is to top with diced peaches, pressing down lightly. Chill. Prepare pie filling; mix with 1 cup milk as directed on package. Add extract, let stand 5 minutes. Fold in remaining whipped topping and spoon over cheese mixture. Freeze 1 hour or chill in refrigerator 3 hours before serving. (Particularly pretty if garnished with overlapping fresh peach slices around outer edge.)...Enjoy the peach pie !

Peel and remove pits from 3 peaches. Dice into small pieces.

Peach Pie Recipes Ingredients:

* 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sifted all-purpose flour (sift before measuring)
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup sugar
* 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
* 1/3 cup milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1 egg
* Caramel sauce, below
* 1 3/4 cups drained sliced peaches, reserve juice for sauce

Peach Pie Recipes Instructions :
Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sugar. Add butter, milk, and vanilla.
Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. Add egg and beat 1 minute longer. Fold in
peaches, reserving 8 slices for topping later; pour batter into unbaked pie shell. Spoon cooled caramel sauce over top of batter. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes, or until set. 10 minutes before the pie is done, quickly arrange reserved peach slices over the top. Serve peach pie warm.

Caramel sauce:

* 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
* 1/4 cup butter
* 1/4 cup reserved peach juice
* 2 tablespoons corn syrup

Combine all sauce ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm.

* 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
* 5 cups fresh sliced peaches
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 2 tablespoons butter
* pastry for a 2-crust 9-inch pie

Peach Pie Recipe Instructions:
Mix sugars, flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, extract, and lemon peel. Alternate layers of sugar and spice mixture and peaches in pastry-lined pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter. Top with a top crust and vent in several places or make a lattice-style crust*.   • 1/3 cup cornstarch

  • 2 cans (28-oz. size) cling peaches, drained
  • 1 unbaked (9-inch size) deep-dish pie crust
***TOPPING***

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup margarine
INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 375. Mix the sugar, cornstarch and salt in a large bowl. Add egg and almond extract; mix well. Add peach slices to bowl; toss gently to coat with sugar mixture. Arrange peach slices in pie crust.

For topping, combine sugar, brown sugar and flour in a small bowl. Cut in margarine, using a pastry blender or 2 knives, until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over peaches.

Ingredients:
  • 2 crust pastry or pie dough
  • 6 cups fresh peeled, sliced peaches
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar -- or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons butter -- cut in small pieces
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the pastry dough according to the recipe directions or package and refrigerate. Preheat the oven to 375F. Place the peaches in an 8-inch square baking dish or 2-quart casserole. In a small bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, and nutmeg. Toss with the peaches, mixing gently until they are thoroughly coated. Dot with butter. On a lightly floured pastry cloth or board, roll out the pastry into a square or circle 1 inch larger than the baking dish.

Roll the pastry onto the rolling pin and then gently drape it over the top of the dish. Crimp the edges of the pastry and press around the top of the dish. Brush the surface with an egg wash made by beating the egg yolk with the water. Sprinkle with the white sugar. With the tip of a sharp knife cut 3 to 4 slits in top of pastry to allow steam to escape. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the crust is golden. The peach pie recipe is ready to serve warm....nice !   • 1 uncooked plain pie shell
  • Fresh peaches to fill shell (a little under ripe are best)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour

  • 1/2-1 c. cream or evaporated milk (plain milk works too)
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
  • Slivered almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill pie shell with sliced peaches and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine remaining ingredients except for almonds and pour over the peaches. Sprinkle almonds on top.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes; then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes more.
