FRESH PEACH PIE ...a great peach pie recipe to try....a traditional one !
INGREDIENTS
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. crushed fresh peaches
- Fresh peaches, enough to fill pie crust
- Baked pie crust
Boil first 3 ingredients together for 2 minutes or until clear. Add 1 tablespoon butter then spoon over peaches in the pie crust. Refrigerate. The peach pie recipe is ready....great for parties !
